Education in Leadership coaching
As a manager, coaching your employees is an effective method of ensuring your department achieves its business goals. It also helps enhance employee skills and commitment to the company and improves manager-employee relationships.
Coaching training and coaching leadership is aimed at managers and project managers. It is an open course with participants from different companies. The course has a practical focus and theory input is varied with many short practice sessions.
Aim
The course is designed to provide a model, tools and skills to help participants develop their employees and enable them to achieve better results and to become more motivated and committed. We also seek to encourage a culture of commitment, decisiveness and enthusiasm.
Goals
At the end of the course, participants will have the skills and knowledge to use coaching as a tool for leadership on an everyday basis.

- What is coaching and when should you use it?
- The benefits of coaching for the employee, the manager and the company.
- A model or structure to use when coaching.
- Personal skills you need for coaching: powerful questions, active listening and constructive feedback.
- Tools to use when coaching - examples of different methods.
- Working with your own case studies.
