Coaching & Mentoring

Aptus coaches work with managers, leaders and management groups in the private and public sectors. We help them develop their leadership skills, implement changes and prepare for new roles and responsbilities. Our coaches have coach specific traning, are certified by ICF, and have an academic education as well as business and management experience. In 2008, we coached more than 200 clients.

your department achieves its business goals. It also helps enhance employee
skills and commitment to the company and improves manager-employee
relationships.

Search & Selection

Finding the right person for the right position at the right time is an art. We have the knowledge and experience to help you in the process. We can either take care of the whole process or support you when desired. Our assignments consist of both search and advertised selection of executives and specialists.

Outplacement

Sometimes the career path changes, either voluntarily or involuntarily. We provide a complete program where an experienced adviser accompanies the individual to finding a new job. Our methodology approach puts the emphasis on tailoring our efforts to the needs of the individual.
