Search
Aptus has the experience, method and resources to help you in your recruitment search for key people in a variety of industries and companies. This method is aimed at people who are not actively seeking to change jobs. Searches are confidential and can be done anonymously, if preferred.

Selection
Selection is used when you want to reach a large number of potential candidates in a particular target group. Together with you we determine the best medium to reach the target group. Advertising enables you to market and profile yourself as a successful and attractive employer.
Tests
Tests are a good way of pulling all pieces of the puzzle together and they offer an excellent tool for the entire recruitment process. We can organise both customised and standardised teste developed for your line of business.
Second Opinion
Choosing from a short list of 2 or 3 internal candidates can be both difficult and sensitive. Enlisting an external consultant to provide an independant assessment and pose the necessary questions can make the final decision easier to make. We can organise structured interviews and/or test the shortlisted candidates. We can also obtain references.
Risk management
Sometimes you need to take into consideration factors other than those that normally emerge during an interview. Our health and lifestyle risk analysis includes medical examinations with drug tests, candidate vetting to verify their details, criminal record checks and obtaining references focused on identified risk factors. Such analysis can be done seperately or as part of the recruitment process.
